Lamanya baru nak bersambung part3 ni. Almaklumlah skrg ni suasana kempen for election. Anyway, better aku sambung citer aku b4 aku hilang ingatan.
Our third day (6th April 2013) so we all went ot this one Muslim village called the Chroy Metrey Village. It has around 820 population there and terdapat new mosque under constrction. So, we went to one of this villager's house lupa plak nama pakcik tu,Ustaz Muhammad Ali rasanya tp nak citernya rumah dia tu, mcm rumah kami kat kampung dulu-dulu. Bumbungnya dari bata, and lantainya plak dari kayu. Ada some of us yang tak biasa tu cam jakun skitlah, tp for me and Fatin, kami dah biasa. we were there almost until ptg la. Pergi melawat sekolah depa dan to my surprise ada jual goreng pisang!! Mr Tahir from the NGO was discussing about how to increase their income and better life and proposed them to use existing source but in a different way to enhance their daily income. Seems to us, diorg a bit reluctant to change maybe mereka rasa it will not happen sebab diorg dah biasa dengan kehidupan diorg.
After that, mlm plak kami gi la ala-ala shopping kompleksnya which I would grade it mcm Sg Wang, Pertama Kompleks cam tu la. Time nak balik, tunggu kawan-kawan, we were surrounded by beggars. Kesian dan marah bila tengok the mothers carrying their babies sejuk-sejuk pakai baju nipis dan kotor sangat. Ikut hati nak bagi duit gak, but we were told by the locals not to bother them cause kalu kami bagi sorg duit, nanti macam semut diorg datang, ramai!!!
Malam tu, dari shopping complex kami nak balik ke guesthouse kami kena naik tut- tut sendiri. So, the lecturers yg dtg tak samapai hati tinggalkan kami so setiap satu tut-tut kena ada sorg bodyguard. Thanks to all lecturers sebab sudi temankan kami eventhough they actually have their plans that nite.
The next day is the time to pack our things and go home, yeay!! We were divided into few group , hahaha. Bebudak USIM balik early morning, myself and Fatin balik petang and another group continued their journey to Siem Reap. Ikutkan hati nak pergi juga ke Siem Reap tu but our cuti was shortened by our beloved majikanlah, but not to be mentioned here!! Anyway, myself and Fatin naik tut-tut again to the Airport, dalam USD10 which then we found out it was really expensive. When we reached the airport, dah berla la ngan Fatin ,suddenly Fatin realised her passport was not with her!!! OMG!! She forgot , the nite before, she gave it to Hanim to hold for her. Apa lagi pucat giler la. Call, sms semua orang tak berjawab. Mcm org giler gak la. Pastu, we decided that Fatin will go back to the guesthouse hoping Hanim will be there, and me balik ke Malaysia, alone! So I'll be explaining to her mom saying that she will be back the next day in case she misses the flight. Aku punyalah kusut nak menyusun ayat nak ckp kat mak Fatin but at the same time I was really hoping that Fatin managed to be at the airport on time. Tunggu punya tunggu sampai putus harapan la, suddenly Fatin appeared!! Yeay!! She managed to go back to the guesthouse and met Hanim which was just arrived from shopping!! Dapat aje passport terus dia naik tut-tut (pergi dan balik alone ok) and rushed to the airport. Masa tu juga la kami tau yg tut-tut cuma charge USD5 for one way ride, arghhh rugi duit aku!!Anyway, we were happy to be home again and had a memorable expreience there. Paling menyedihkan Fatin was that bil telefon dia dah cecah RM500 sebab pakai roaming!! Ni satu lagi advise aku, pergi sana jgn roaming, beli prepaid kat sana dan pakai nombor sana , amat murah.
So pas ni, sesiapa yang berminat boleh la pegi sana, but make sure change your currencies to USD dan bawak la MAGGI atau at least makanan dalam tin. Enjoy!!!
Anyway, just enjoy the pictures below!!
